专利摘要:
Sacks are made from a web comprising a tube of stretched plastics tape fabric woven around a thermoplastic tubular film. The web is continuously fed to a storage device from which two-ply sack lengths are intermittently withdrawn and severed and provided with a stitched base seam. Each severing cut is made to extend through transverse strips of hot-melt adhesive which were applied to both sides of the fabric tube and cooled. After severing and prior to stitching through both plies, the inner ply is provided with a separate base seam by means of welding jaws.

专利说明:

This invention relates to methods and devices for making double bags.
A known method of manufacturing a double bag, according to which the outer bag is made from a round cloth formed by elongated plastic ribbons, and a sealing inner bag from a flat thermoplastic hose web connected to it with a bottom seam, is braided with a round fabric sleeve forming the outer bag, a double-sleeve sleeve is cut cut them and fasten them by welding to form the bottom seam of the Cl3 "
A device for the manufacture of a double bag 9 is known, which contains a pair of exhaust rollers for cutting a sleeve of continuously supplied double sleeve fabric, a device for accumulating a previously stretched double sleeve fabric, a fastening device and a release agent Co
A disadvantage of the known method and device is the complicated manufacture of bags.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the manufacture of bags.
This goal is achieved in that according to the method of manufacturing a double bag, comprising an outer bag made of a round web formed by elongated plastic ribbons, and a bottom inner seam of a thermoplastic film connected with it, forming an inner bag made of a flat thermoplastic sleeve fabric, braid it forming the outer bag sleeve of a round cloth, cutting the double canvas ,. sleeves into segments and bonding them by welding to form a bottom seam that covers both pieces of sleeve, transverse thermoplastic strips are drawn on both sides of a flat sleeve made of a round cloth, immediately after applying the strip is cooled, cut into pieces of a double sleeve through strips, and welding the length of the inner sleeve is made at a distance from the thermoplastic strips at a welding temperature below the relaxation temperature of the thermoplastic strips.
In a double bag making device comprising a pair of draw rollers for cutting a sleeve of a continuously supplied double sleeve fabric, a device for accumulating a pre-stretched double sleeve fabric, a fastening device and a separating means, the fastening device has located on both sides double sleeves guides, a carriage mounted on them, nozzles for feeding a melt of a thermostatic material mounted on a carriage, rotatably mounted nitsie rollers disposed behind them a separating knife and a welding pad for welding the inner hose set at 0 guide.
The device also contains closed pressure transporting tapes, the working surfaces of which are located in vertical planes 5 tons x placed under the guides, and a tape for folding the upper edge of the double-sleeve segment.
Clamping conveyor belts are made of suction. 0 FIG. 1 shows schematically the proposed device, a general view, in FIG. 2 is a device for storing a pre-stretched double-sleeve web; in FIG. 3 - the same, top view; in fig. 4 - the same, side view; in fig. 5 - welding pads; Fig. 6 is a sectional section of a double-sleeve web and a weld seam. A polystyrene sleeve with side folds is braided with a sleeve made of round fabric 2. The double sleeve fabric is laid flat with a roller 3 and guided to the jig 4 j to accumulate the double sleeve pre-stretched fabric (r 2-), which contains a quality roller 5, installed at the ends of the balancers 6., the balancers 6 are placed with a possibility of swinging on the guides of the 7. The double sleeve web passes between the exhaust rollers 8 and 9 and is directed in the direction of the arrow A through the forward roller 10 to. The clip is adapted Jun 11
Exhaust rollers 8 are periodically driven by the drive 12 through the intermediate connecting means 13.
The fastening device 11 (Figs. 3, 4 and 5) contains a carriage 14 mounted on guides 7 above the rollers 15. On the carriage 14, the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 16 is fixed, with which the carriage 14 moves along the guides 7 in the direction of arrow B.
Nozzles 17 are also mounted on the carriage 14 for feeding the melt of thermoplastic material through hoses 18 and cooling rollers 19 arranged behind the nozzles, mounted rotatably. The cooling rollers 19 are spring-loaded springs 20. A separating knife 21 is placed behind the cooling rollers 19.
Above the nozzles 17, the cooling rollers 19 and the separating knife 21 are located closed pressure transfer belts 22 and 23 whose working surfaces are located in vertical planes. The conveyor belts 22 and 23 are made by suction and guided by the rollers 24, 25 and 26. The rollers 24 are driven into motion through the shaft 28 mounted on the shaft 27 and the rack 29, fixed above the beam 30 in the guides 7. The rollers 25 and 26 arranged in such a way that the pressure tapes 22 and 23 form a gap 31. When moving the carriage 14, the hanging canvas of the double sleeve
enters the gap 31, is gripped by the clamping belts 22 and 23 and is held between them at rest with respect to the guides 7.
If the carriage 14 has passed through the width of the overhang of the double-sleeve web, then the 32 edges of the section of the double-sleeve web formed by the dividing slit are reinforced with hot-melted linings 33.
Below the plane of movement of the carriage 14 on both sides of the hanging double-leaf web are welding blocks 34 and 35 for welding
internal sleeves Dane weld 36. Welding pads 34 and 35 are moved relative to each other by means of pneumatic cylinders 37 and 38. Segments 39 sleeves with bottom welds 36 of the inner sleeve are then taken by a suction line 40 with a vertical transport plane, and the upper sections 39 sleeves enter into the double belt conveyor 41. The protrusions from the conveyor 41 end of the sleeve piece 39 are covered with a tape 42 for folding the upper edge of the double sleeve piece 39 and stitching on
sewing machine 43. I
The finished bottom seams 44 of the bags 45 are then placed in the stacking rod 46, from which they are removed in bundles.
